Courses are offered on line via Zoom. No more than 30 participants to encourage Q&A. Duration is 2–3 hours, depending on Q&A with a 15 minute break after 90 minutes. Power Marketing for Luxury Real Estate is a prerequisite for taking the second course, Winning Listing Presentations. Our belief is that no agent should be doing listing presentations to sell a home unless they first know how to sell it. We believe no one should be prospecting for listings until they know how to list and sell. Thus, the order below. Start with Power Marketing, then to Winning Listings and finally to Power Prospecting.
